We, the school community of St. Joseph's School-Mactan,
a Catholic educational institution,
under the patronage of St. Joseph,
and inspired by the Spirit and charism of St. Francis of Assisi,
Commit ourselves to the integral formation of the youth under our care
towards becoming enlightened and
effective agents of social transformation and
promoters of justice, peace, and integrity of creation.
God's wisdom, truth and love impel us to witness to Gospel values
as we endeavor to build a dynamic Christian community,
through structures facilitative for growth, and
through progressive and relevant programs.
In solidarity with our mission partners, we hope to facilitate the emergence
of a transformed society, especially among the poor and
the disadvantaged sectors, towards the realization of
God's Reign in the here and now.
